Sability is in search of a strategic and experienced Senior Vice President (SVP) of Implementation to lead our rapidly evolving implementation team, focused on UKG Human Capital Management (HCM) software. As part of our award-winning, client-centric organization, the SVP will be responsible for the strategic direction, operational excellence, and client success in all implementation initiatives. - Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the long-term vision and strategy for the implementation department, ensuring alignment with Sability's overall objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of UKG HCM software implementations, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
- Team Development: Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing implementation team, scaling the workforce to meet evolving project demands.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering long-term relationships and high levels of satisfaction.
- Technical Oversight: Be the company’s subject matter expert for UKG software implementations, advising internal teams and clients alike.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs for the implementation team, making adjustments to optimize performance and client satisfaction.
- Business Development: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to create a seamless transition from sale to implementation, enhancing client trust and revenue opportunities.
- Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate project risks, ensuring that the implementation team is well-prepared for challenges.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure all implementation activities adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years' experience in leadership roles within project management or consulting, with specific focus on HCM or similar platforms.
- Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with UKG HCM software or similar systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and client management skills.
- Certifications: PMP or other project management certification is highly desirable.
- Travel: Ability and willingness to travel for client engagements and team meetings as required (up to 40%).
