Job Description:
Sability is looking for an experienced professional to join our business development team with specialization in Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workforce Management (WFM) professional services for UKG software applications.


This role is highly interactive with our internal team across BD, Operations, and Marketing, as well as clients and partners. Therefore, relationship management and communication skills are key.

As a Sability Pre-sales Services Consultant, you will leverage both product and domain knowledge within UKG Pro + WFM to engage with prospective and existing clients in scoping professional services and contract development. As a key member of the Business Development team, you will partner with the BD Account Executive to tailor the scoping and proposal creation to align with our client’s needs. This role will regularly interact with clients and prospects and require internal collaboration with Sability’s operational team.   

Responsibilities: 

  • Leveraging system and domain expertise
  • Client discovery participation
  • Scoping to identify functional, technical, and strategic support
  • Estimating for project-based work
  • Proficient in UKG solutions and marketplace offerings + partners
  • Proposal support
  • Statement of Work development
  • Presentation assembly
  • Support scoping efforts for tailored contract development
  • Develop and maintain relationships that will result in mutually beneficial business engagements
  • Leverage knowledge of prospects and partner’s business, as well as Sability’s capabilities to establish value and create value-based opportunities
  • Capture all relevant information in Sability’s CRM system
  • Keeps current on our partner’s products and processes, and any relevant changes
  • Effectively communicate how Sability solves business problems
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience successfully consultative selling system integrator services, consulting services, implementation services or software solutions in the HCM or WFM industry related to UKG systems such as UKG Pro, UKG Pro WFM, Workforce Central, Workforce Ready, Workforce Dimensions, and UltiPro
  • Proven ability to support relationships with mid-level and C level leaders by leveraging a strong understanding of business drivers, value expectations and business case components
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience working independently without daily supervision
  • Ability to multi-task between different opportunities and clients
  • Highly motivated and team oriented
