Job Description:

Sability is seeking an experienced UKG Pro Integration Developer to join our Systems Integrations team. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and maintain integrations between UKG Pro and a variety of enterprise systems, including Payroll, Timekeeping, Scheduling, Benefits, General Ledger, and Insurance platforms. You will leverage your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to deliver seamless, reliable solutions that meet our clients’ business needs.

This is a remote role requiring excellent communication skills, strong coding ability, and the discipline to work independently across multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between UKG Pro and third-party systems using industry-standard tools and APIs.
  • Collaborate with HCM implementation consultants, clients, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to deliver high-quality, scalable integration solutions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and performance.
  • Support deployment activities, including troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues.
  • Manage multiple client projects concurrently, ensuring deliverables are on time and meet quality standards.
  • Stay informed about UKG Pro capabilities, API enhancements, and best practices to continuously improve integration solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in software development with strong proficiency in a general-purpose programming language (e.g., C#, Java, Python, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with UKG Pro integrations, SQL, APIs, or middleware (Dell Boomi experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, Scheduling, or Benefits systems is highly desirable.
  • Experience creating, testing, and deploying integration solutions in production environments.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and strong analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with SQL, XML, JSON, and REST/SOAP web services is a plus.
