Global Transformation Lead — Strategy, Change, & Global Payroll

Role Overview:
Sability is seeking a Global Transformation Lead to drive enterprise-scale HR, Payroll, Workforce, and Digital transformation for mid-market and enterprise clients. This role leads global change, operating model design, and adoption strategy across complex HCM and workforce initiatives, ensuring measurable business outcomes and sustainable transformation.

The ideal candidate blends strategy, transformation leadership, executive advisory, and change management, with experience driving multi-country rollouts, system enablement, and global workforce modernization.

Key Responsibilities:

Transformation & Strategy Leadership
  • Lead global transformation programs across HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, and enterprise operations
  • Develop roadmaps, business cases, and execution plans aligned to client strategy and growth
  • Drive multi-region deployments, balancing global standardization with local requirements
Change Management & Adoption
  • Design and execute enterprise change and adoption strategies for HCM and workforce platforms
  • Conduct impact assessments, readiness planning, stakeholder engagement, and enablement
  • Build learning, communications, and adoption campaigns that improve system usage and behavioral change
  • Establish metrics to track adoption, ROI, and transformation success
Operating Model & Governance Design
  • Define future-state HR, Payroll, and service delivery operating models
  • Create governance frameworks, decision structures, and scalable transformation playbooks
  • Improve speed-to-value, process efficiency, and post-go-live stability
Executive Advisory & Client Leadership
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to CHROs, CIOs, Payroll leaders, and Transformation Sponsors
  • Lead executive workshops, strategic assessments, and transformation planning sessions
  • Translate insights into clear, executive-ready recommendations and outcomes
HCM, Workforce, & Global Payroll Enablement
  • Support HCM Technology and Global Payroll transformation initiatives
  • Align people, process, technology, and data to enable scalable workforce solutions
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure business value realization and adoption success

Qualifications
  • 7–10+ years in enterprise transformation, change management, HR tech, or consulting
  • Experience leading global or multi-country transformation initiatives
  • Strong expertise in operating model design, stakeholder advisory, and adoption strategy
  • Familiarity with HCM / Payroll ecosystems (UKG, Workday, ADP, SAP, Oracle, Dayforce)
  • Executive presence, strong storytelling, and data-driven decision-making
  • Prosci or equivalent change certification preferred
